The INSPIRE FT1 FID Bench can be adjusted from decline, to flat and through to a full incline offering a wide range of exercises. The back can be adjusted to multiple positions so it aligns with your body, providing perfect posture for all your exercise routines. The seat also adjusts allowing the user the ultimate comfort for each exercise. Fitted with transport wheels so you can easily move the bench around the room or in and out of any squat rack.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Multi Position Seat & Backrest
  The heavy duty bracing provides a stable and safe backrest adjustment system, that makes it easy to adjust the angle through incline, flat and decline.
  The seat is also easily adjustable and pivots as required to match the backrest position.
• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame
  The frame has been engineered using premium grade steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.
• Upholstery & Padding
  The padding has also been ergonomically designed and manufactured using high quality thick foam padding and finished off with high grade, fully stitched upholstery for maximum comfort and longevity.Included with this bench is the removable padding to lock in your legs when performing decline exercises.

  The bench is easily maneuverable as it has been fitted with rear transportation wheels.
